To initiate a return, begin by logging-in to your thredUP account and go to Account > Order Returns or click here. Choose the order from which you would like to return items (order number can be found on the included packing slip and confirmation emails), and follow the steps on this orders returns page.
1. Select the items you wish to return by checking the box to the left of the item's photo.
2. Tell us why you are returning the items by choosing an option from our drop-down menu and leave comments if you'd like.
3. Click the "Begin Return" button to confirm.
4. Download, print, and include your return slip with items you are returning. **Note: This return slip does not include a shipping label.
5. Ship the item(s) back to us at:

IMPORTANT: Please do not send items you would like to return in your polka-dot Clean Out bag. These bags are processed differently and therefore we cannot guarantee your return items will be handled and refunded properly.
ALSO IMPORTANT: Please return items in the condition that you received them in order receive a full refund (i.e. NWT items must have tags attached)
