All items must be returned within 30 days of the order's delivery date in the condition in which you received them, with any/all tags attached, in order to qualify for a refund.
You can start a return by logging into your thredUP account from your computer/laptop, and going to Account > Order Returns. Order returns may not be initiated from the mobile app or web at this time.
Choose the order from which you would like to return items, and follow the steps on the orders returns page:
1. Select the items you wish to return by checking the box to the left of the item's photo.
2. Tell us why you are returning the item(s) by choosing an option from our drop-down menu and leave a comment if you like.
3. Click the "Begin Return" button to confirm.
4. Download, print, and include your return slip with items you are returning.
5. Ship the item(s) back to us at:

Note: Please do not send your returns in one of our polka dot Clean Out bags. These bags are processed as Clean Out, and we cannot guarantee your returned items will be refunded properly.

Follow the Return Instructions above, and your pre-addressed, prepaid USPS/FedEx return label will print with your return packing slip. Offer is limited to users within the 48 contiguous states.
